We've had no heating since Friday and it's really cold in my flat, seriously, I can see my breathe!! I've been wearing my dressing gown over my clothes to keep warm and poor Gypsy must be feeling it too...

I sit on the sofa and as soon as I'm settled she paws my arm, I open my dressing gown and she crawls inside and snuggles up, head popping out!

They are coming to fix it tomorrow... can't wait!

Oh that's no fun! I am sending the sweater and a few things Cali grew out of and Pixie won't fit in to.

Yeah she is certainly cosy and it's helping me stay warm... a little hot water bottle!

I'll be glad to get the heating fixed, I want a bath... not that I smell, I just can't wait to have one and get warm!!!

I know how you feel. When we lived in North Dakota, our heat went out for 5 days when it was 20 degree below 0. I took the boys and went to the pysical center to get showers each morning.
I do hope your heater gets fixed really quick. Does your fur kid have sweaters to help keep her warm?

She has a Poochi hoodie but she's not taken to wearing in the house very well, she seems to think that she's going on a walk everytime she see's it and get's excited and won't settle! I had it on her earlier but she just kept bouncing at the door thinking we was going on a walk and everytime I brought her back or tried to distract her she went back to the door! Strange how she knows!

My mum made her Ellie pup a fleece last week and I'm going to go and get that of her later on so she can wear that to keep warm this evening and tomorrow till the plumber comes.

I've got some wool ankle socks that I don't wear and I've cut them and put two leg holes in so she's now wearing that in the mean time! lol... improvisation!

Hope it doesn't take long to get your heat repaired. The socks idea is ingenius! I'll bet when you DO get to soak in a hot tub, you turn into a prune from staying in so long.

i hope your heat gets fixed soon!!! thats soo funny about the sock, i was in north carolina a little bit ago and it was sooo cold and no dogs stores with clothes that fit my bella, so i took this fuzzy pink sock i had and cut two holes for her front legs, just like you did....she loved it!!! hehe
