| Allergy/Itching Hello everyone! I have a 10 years old Yorkie. For the last three years he has developed allergies/itching around late August early September. He itches most of his body but primarily the back of his ears, around neck and his back (shoulders and below) etc. His hair gets all crumbled up and his skin gets red and scabby. Last couple of years I took him to the vet. He prescribes prednisolone and it takes care of it. This year I didn't want my dog to get that again so I decided to use home remedies on him. I have been giving him benidryl. I helped for about three weeks but not any more. So I got onto this site and picked up two ideas. Emu oil and Apple cider vinegar. Just started three days ago. I guess the emu oil has helped a little but I don't think it is a complete solution. I feed my dog home made. Either chicken or beef. He never liked any other foods. Any suggestion or help will be much appreciated. OH one more thing. Does anyone have a male dog that humps on their clothes on the floor and really ejaculates? My dog does it almost every other day. Is it normal? I was told animals reproductive system is just for that not for pleasure. I know my dog gets pleasure out of this. I wish I can find him a sex partner. I feel bad for him. Thanks Mike |
