Okay...found my lighting links!!!

Basics of Using a Bounce "Board" (this is a food-photo example and is great; shows the basics of using a "styrofoam bounce" for fill light)

Oh thanks! I'll have to check them out. I just got my SB-400 flash and posted some pics. I also took all my xmas pics with it !!! Love it!

Oh yay! Isn't it great! And so small and easy to use. And I just love the difference in lighting btwn built in and the add-on flash -- and no more red eye!
