| New member of the family! We finally adopted our bigger dog. We have been looking for new member of the family for over a year now. Here he is His name is "Maximus Blue" He is a white boxer and he is 8 weeks old and 12 lbs lol Breeder and vet think he will be about 90 lbs He is all about play play play!!! Yorkies are very annoyed with him lol because he just doesn't know when to stop. They actually have been snapping at him and letting him know when he gets out of control. We are teaching him to be nice to the Yorkies. We have alot of work ahead of us but it will be well worth it We picked him up last Thursday and he already knows "sit" and "stay" he also goes potty on command yay He is very smart!

Thank You! I will try lol but he gets really excited with them and won't sit when Yorkies are around. Maybe tonight when he is tired - he is just like a baby around 9 pm he falls asleep and won't wake even if we move him to his crate. As soon as I can get pics I will post

| What a cutie patootie!! Be sure and use sunscreen on him (paba-free) if he spends much time out in the sun. They can get sunburned very easily. A friend of mine at work has one and told me this. It will take a little while to get out of "puppy mode" and be able to play more with the Yorkies. Our Aussie pup (almost 9 months and 50 lbs) tries to play with Tatum but Tatum growls at her to tell her "stay away". When she does that, Stormie (mommy Aussie) comes over to Blaze (puppy) and pulls him away. It's pretty cute to see her protect Tatum like that but Tatum can really stand her ground herself too. Big pups like your's just want to play but you have to be careful because their size can be a bad thing even when they don't mean to hurt a little one. Have fun with the new addition!

| Thanks Guys Yeah, I hope they can all play and snuggle soon. We are definitely being very strict with him because he does not know his own strength his paws are HUGE! Should I leave him in back with the rest of the yorkies? They usually go out to play in backyard for few hours but I haven't let him out with them yet unless someone is watching all of them.

They used to be euthanized at birth by breeders because there is 20% chance that they might be deaf. I think that was probably long time ago. I'm glad there are more breeders who don"t do that anymore Thanks! No, his ears will stay floppy No cropping here lol I here that alot and he does get lots of attention everywhere we go.

| Thank you everyone for your nice comments I have to admit Yorkietalk is alot friendlier then Boxer forum I became a member of. I posted when we brought Bleu home and on one post I had 64 views and o replies Other post I had many views and only 1 or 2 replies. I was very disappointed because I thought it would be like Yorkietalk everyone here has been so friendly and whenever I ask a question I always get great advice. Now if I have a question about boxers I have to research myself. I really wanted to make some boxer friends Thanks friends at Yorkietalk for always being so friendly
