| Scared Pug My mother's pug goes all to pieces when the weather gets bad. He runs around in a circle and will not stop. He jumps on and off the couch and it is a constant thing. He does not calm down. Is there a natural supplement of some sort that can be given to calm him down when there is bad weather coming? the Vet can give him valium, but is that really good for him? I am open to any suggestions. Mother is 85 and does not see well and this is making her a nervous wreck. thanks Donna

Donating YT 10K Club Member | There's an over the counter medicine called rescue remedy. That's supposed to help calm them down. That being said...personally I don't see how any medication given when a storm is coming...would possibly kick in quickly enough to have any effect while the storm was present. Maybe I'm wrong.
