| Need Advice!!! Okay. First off please do not laugh at me or think i'm stupid. This is a really hard thing for me and i need some advice. My ex and i split up at the end of Sept. we did live together so i ended up moving back home. Since then we tried to work things out and it's not really helping. We have had joint custody,if you will, of our two yorkies, bentley and Karlee. We both love them equally. But to cut off all ties we need to figure out what to do about them. I can A.) split them up he takes one i take one. B.) i give them both to him. He will not give them both to me. I also don't want to be selfish because he does the love the dogs. If i split them up how would you choose which one to take? and would the other one be depressed because he/she is now alone? I'm just lost really. Any advice would be great

| No real answer, but what about keeping them together at his place and the you get another baby to love. I wish you the best in whatever decision you make.

| just like children, you love them both very much, and even equally. but they are puppies...you can tell people which one you have more of a bond with. yes, they will miss each other, but it will be even harder (IMHO) to let them both go. or, you decide who will be able to best take care of them either both or separately. you said you are living at home. how do your parents feel about them? |

| I think they should be kept together.. it'd be selfish to split them. |

| The question I think you need to ask is - what are both of your work schedules? and what is your future jobs? Who will have the most time for your babies. Just like children, you will have to decide what is best for the dogs long term. Good Luck in your decision as I know this will be hard.
