| I have not posted about this until now, but on 9/15/07 I will be two years quit. I can tell you that it does get easier with time. Stay true to yourself, do anything you need to do...Just don't smoke even one puff!

| Like Gina, I tried the Chantix pills. They work, but I was so sick in my stomach all the time. I tried to keep taking them but had to stop. I would wake up in the middle of the night oozy and just couldn't take it any longer. I am trying not to smoke unless I feel it's absolutely necessary, but it's just so hard. I wish I could stop completely!

| For those of you who want to try again, please do. Just enter into it knowing and promising yourself that you will never ever have just one puff. You are one puff away from a pack a day. You can beat that demon inside of you. I suggest you try an online support group. I succeeded with http://www.stopsmokingcenter.net. It is a great bunch of people. Even if you don't join the chat, you will find lots and lots of help.
