| Tummy troubles I have had stomach cramps for 5 days now, almost everytime I eat I have to run to the bathroom. I almost didn't make it yesterday at Kohls. I felt Ok the first few days, however yesterday and today I feel really yucky! Anyone else been sick, is there a stomach flu going around? I'm the worst for not going to the doctor. We are moving next week and I have tons of stuff to do so I hope this subsides soon. |

| I hope you feel better soon. It could be mild food poisoning, which passes quickly.

| It sounds like you just caught a little stomach bug or you may be dehydrated. It should pass soon, but in the meantime, drink LOTS of clear fluids. I always drink some Pedialyte when I have diarrhea. This will help if you are dehydrated, and it will help to prevent you from getting dehydrated (from the bug) if you're not already. Feel better Chloe sends a big get well kiss

| Thanks. Still no improvement. I don't think it is the move, I actually feel less stress that I have felt in a long, long time. Although, I have been driving myself crazy over the carpet selection. |

| Welcome to my world of the past 5 days!!!! Thankfully, I appear to be on the mend. Mine began on Thursday when I woke with a headache. It felt strange but didn't think much of it. Two hours later I was running a fever of 101, freezing cold, my head was literally pounding and I hurt every time I moved!! Oh, and I almost forgot - diarrhea, cramping and nausea. It got worse through the night (my fever went to 103). I saw my Dr. on Friday -my temp was still 101, still diarrhea, cramping, nausea, pounding headache, body aches. She gave me a prescription for a sinus infection though I had no other sinus infection symptoms whatsoever. Saturday was pretty much the same thing, though a slightly lower fever. Finally, Saturday night around 10:00 the headache went away and the fever finally broke. Saltines and gingerale were my buddies. Did I mention that I was rarely off the couch with an ice pack wrapped around my head other than to use the bathroom (and since I was already up and miserable, take 10 minutes to check YT)? I still have diarrhea, but at least now I can hold it for a minute if necessary. I've been on the antibiotic for 4 days. Ate my first meal today. Hope you feel better soon. I don't remember having ever been so sick in my life.

| YIKEs!!! You poor thing, sounds awful. I'm glad you are feeling better. To be honest, my stomach felt alot better until yesterday I ate some salsa. It really flared it up. Then I ate watermelon and that really messed it up.Dumb me! I think I need to go on the BRAT diet for alteast 24 hours. I haven't had fever or headaches so I'm wondering if mine is some sort of food poisioning. |

| It does sound like you have eaten something that wasn't all that good. Best thing to do is go easy on anything to eat till your stomach heals. Eat soups and no spices. Maybe some rice or noodles of any kind. I do hope your better soon. Good luck with your move. |

| BRAT is: Bananas Rice Apples Toast Basically, really bland stuff. We reccommend it to a lot of parents w/ young children for diarrhea. Stay away from sugary pop (ginger-ale really isn't the best, but I know that's what pretty much everyone drinks when they're sick) drink LOTS of water. Hope you're getting a little better

| I hope everyone is ok now? I'm going through the same thing too. My husband took me to the hospital yesterday because I was violently ill immediately after the memorial day BBQ I attended. Fever, chills, vomitting, severe stomach cramps, diarrhea that was mostly blood. I'm home from work today and very crampy and unable to eat anything, but feeling a little better. Deffinetely food poisoning for me. YUCK! |

| Ughhhh.... me too. I had chills, and I think the cramps are the worst part. I was in bed, for the most part yesterday. I thought for sure Imodium would work...nothing. This is the worst...
