| Which Spring Flower Are You? flowers.jpg Top Row in Picture: Daffodils Grape Hyacinths Lillies of the Valley Bottom Row in Picture Crocuses Tulips Bluebells Daffodils: You're a Born Leader! One of the most herald signs of spring, these bright blossoms stand out in any garden. If this is your choice, you're positive, independent and versatile - an ideal leader. You're willing to stick out your neck for causes you care about, and nothing sets you back for long. Even when it's cloudy outside, these electric-yellow blooms show that you know how to keep it sunny on the inside. With your backbone, good cheer and drive, everyone wants you on their team. Grape Hyacinths: You're Highly Confident! Quietly poised in their subdued beauty, these pint-size plants don't steal the stoplight in a garden or bouquet. Yet their solid stem indicate true strengths. Sound familiar? It's your ability to let others play the lead that lets you get so far in life. Always calm and genuine in your actions, you know exactly how to succeed in the long run - by just sitting back and enjoying life's pleasant. ride. Lillies of the Valley: You're Super-Stylish!These delicate white buds are a high-class favorite. (Case in point: Jackie opted for the bell-shaped beauties when she walked down the aisle with John F. Kennedy). If you gravitate toward these flowers, you're a person who favors the finer things in life. With your sense of style, it's no wonder you turn heads. And although lilies of the valley don't grow well everywhere, they're unstoppable under the right conditions - just like you! Crocuses: You're Fun to be around! These fragile flowers have short-lived blooms. If you're the type of woman to rush out and enjoy them while they last, you are someone who doesn't get bogged down by future plans or past nostalgia. You take things as they come and seize the moment whenever you're out and about. And here's a little secret: Friends value your spontaneous spirit above all else. So don't let up. It's this contagious zest for life that keeps you and your loved ones smiling. Tulips: You're a Multitasker! The many varieties of tulips share one key trait: hardiness. They bloom under harsh conditions and are often the first blossoms to bounce back after a drenching rain. Those who favor these cheery flowers are also resilient. If that describes you, you're an optimist who is deeply rooted in family traditions. Miraculously, you're always able to stay graceful and organized under the pressure of multiple domestic demands. You make hard work seem like a breeze. Bluebells: You're Enchanting! Bluebells can be hard to find....until their bright petals suddenly and dramatically appear in lush clusters, making their presence known. If you prefer these rare flowers, you don't jump on every bandwagon - you're selective, reserved and thoughtful. And you conserve your energy for true labors of love. The result: When you make up your mind to follow your heart, you always achieve your dream!

| I picked a crocus because I love to see these beautiful little flowers pop up thru the snow. My parents have just about tons of these and this year, I got a lot too! I do like the grape hyacinths because they spread like wild fire and cover the ground w/ beautiful purple and their foliage is pretty too!

| How clever. I've not seen this one before. I'm definitely a tulip, which is nice because I love Tulips. They have such pretty colors and I like the veins in their petals and the firm but soft feel of the flower. Multitasking is my middle name. At home and at work. Everyone who knows me knows that I've usually got 4 or 5 things going at once and I always meet my deadlines. My friends tell me that they rarely see me down, I pop back up and keep going no matter what. I like to keep a positive attitude and I often joke my way through tough times. I've got some Tulips in a vase in the living room now. Pretty pink and white ones I picked up yesterday at the market. |

| Love, Love, Love, the smell of the Hyacinth!! When I put a plant in the kitchen it just fills the air....I can't help but feel like it's summer when I smell them.... It's so weird when I see a beautiful flower..... I go up to it for a smell .... then absolutely nothing!.... How can a flower be odorless???...but some are....it's very disappointing...
