| Need YT Prayers I normally dont say anything about my personal life but i really need YT prayers and i know YT prayers are the best. My grandma was diagnosed with Breast Cancer 3 years ago and it was in her lymph nodes. Then it spread to her area below and got cancer of the vulva. When she had chemo & radiation it made her so sick and said she would never do it again. Shes since been in a nursing home because she needs the medical care. Last wed. she was brought into the emergency room because they werent sure what was going on, her belly blew up like she was 9 months pregnant and was hard as a rock. They did tests, drew fluid from her belly to release the pressure and at the same time test the cells. Well what do you know its cancer its stemming from the breast cancer and now went to her belly. Her new cancer doctor is straight to the point and doesnt hold anything back. She said she is going to run a brain scan and bone scan to see if the cancer has spread to the brain or bones. It has not affected any of her vital organs, which is good. Her option is to do low dose of chemo which my grandma said she wanted to do but if she gets sick or its not working the doctor is going to stop treatment. As long as it works then she'll have a few more years. If it has spread to the brain or bones she has 6 months and shes not going to make her go through the chemo because it will be no point to put her through it and get that sick So im asking for prayers that the cancer has not gone to her brain or bones Thank you YT for listening and saying an extra prayer. I truly appreciate it!!

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I am praying for your Grandma. I hope it has not spread and she can withstand the treatment needed to give her more years with you. Having just lost my Mom I know how scary and helpless you feel. We are all here for you and believe me it really helps.

| Think positive I just had this conversation with a fella at the airport Friday. He mentioned natural foods and something called Barley water..or something with Barley in the title...at GNC. His Dad has/had cancer and tried the "natural cures"...ie...no additives, all healthy foods....he got the whole diet....from a hospital somewhere in the West....but his Dad is still alive...when they gave him 6 mos.... I asked where he found this info....apparently something online...and I think it was a hospital and it was a legitimate program.. I also had a girlfriend in college...her DAD the same thing...this was 20+ years ago...and her DAD did the natural food, vitamin thing.....and instead of the 6 mos he gave him.....he is STILL ALIVE. He went to some island and got the process and came home and changed everything, I mean everything in his eating, and drinking and started adding these suppliments... Not sure how it works...and it will take some research. YOu will have to eat and drink, take vitamin suppliments for the rest of your life...but hey....it may be something to look into... This was not the first time I have heard about these programs...and I am not sure how it works...other than cleansing your body of all the junk that goes into it... I hope that her tests come out positive and that she can beat this thing....but, what would it hurt if you did a little research? Good luck and God Bless you. |

I dont mean to appear that this is hookie....I just have seen it work....but, unfortunately I do not know where he went. But, I do remember the suppliments and the program are expensive...... |

| I will keep your Grandma in my prayer's. I hope the scan comes back good and she can have more treatments to extend her life. I have also read about natural treatments and results are amazing. Suzanne Sommers had breast cancer and went the holistic and natural way. She beat it. It certainly looks like it would be worth looking into. Hugs to grandma. |

| I'm so sorry to hear about your Grandma and I will be praying. I recently lost my Mom to cancer, so I know how you are feeling. Mom also had that fluid build up in the abdomen. Sending hugs to you and your Grandma.

| Thank you all for your prayers. Im being as strong as I can for her. I quit my 2nd job to be able to spend some more time with her. I use to see her everyday and then got a part time job and got to see her once a week. I feel she needs me now more than ever. I'm really close to my grandma and its taking a toll on my mentally but if Im not strong for her it's gonna make her just give up. My aunt is basically giving up but my mom is being strong. me and my mom were talking on our way back from the hospital yesterday and I said Im behind whatever decision is made, but I will not see her suffer. My grandma will be 80 in August and she was healthy all her life, but 3 years ago everything went down hill. She's the nicest woman anyone can meet, she would pick up a stranger off the street if it was cold or rainy and give them a ride to where they had to go. It was always about everyone else and her grandchildren came first. I will keep this updated when we get the results back. She's supposed to go for the brain scan today and bone tomorrow, so my fingers are crossed all goes well.
