| What do you think of this? http://www.zonya.com/ Has anyone heard of her or read any of her books, etc? We have watched her on tv a few times and she has some great recipes and tips for not just eating healthy, but living healthy too!

Donating YT 500 Club Member | What channel is her show on? I noticed one of her sponsors is "Natural Ovens". I believe they are a company that sponsors a good nutrition program, in a Wisc. school for "at-risk" teens. The study has shown these children on a healthy diet do not have the same behaviour problems they did on other school's traditional food plan. it makes perfect sense to me.

| I believe we watched it on the local PBS station here. I'm not sure the sponsors.......one is Eden Foods which is organic foods. But that is cool if that sponsor set up that program! My DH has even enjoyed watching her show. I just ordered two of her books - cookbook and "Water w/ Lemon". And I signed up for her newletter. I read through her "blogs" and found it pretty interesting. --- I guess I will see when I get the books, huh? I like that she is more focused on living/eating healthy, then a strict "diet". On her show, she does a segment on her Lickity-Split Meals, one on grocery shopping, exercise, etc. She also compares labels, measuring, products, etc. So, I am kind of excited to get her books and join her "blog".

Donating YT 500 Club Member | You have to let me know when you get the books how you like them. I love cookbooks in general anyway. It really is about lifestyle and our eating habits. You would think everyone by now would realize a "diet" only works as long as you are on it. Too many lose the weight, go off the "diet" and it is inevitable the weight will come back.
