| Yes warm water and salt is the best. You can also use Lipton Tea, Honey and Lemon. It is soothing to the throat and tastes good. Both honey and lemon are healers as well. |

| what I like to do is drink hot lemon juice with honey in it. I also cut VERY THIN slices of a lime and sprinkle salt on both sides. Then I put it at the back of my throat for abot 20 seconds and then eat the lime.

| Try HOT stuff! I eat hot salsa. The heat takes the itchy, soreness out of my throat. (At first it actually burns more, but then it gets better.) A friend of mine swears by tabasco with a chaser of orange juice-does the same thing. |

Donating YT 11K Club Member | yea, def. salt with warm water. OR TEA with honey. OR soup but put chile in it, you can buy little jalapenos peppers, the really small ones, cut them up and put them in the soup to make it hot, It will make you feel better. Trust me. |

My furkids Donating Member | If you have strep throat that isn't anything to fool around with...only an antibiotic is going to help and with out it, it will only get worse and hurt more. You should TAKE the time and go see your doctor. Believe me when I tell you...I KNOW what strep feels like and NOTHING you do is going to help...
