| OMG, I feel sick OMG I got back from shopping like two hours ago and am sitting here in my office about 10 minutes ago smelling something burning. I run all over my house trying to figure out what it is and I realize its coming from my garage!!! Man, am I stupid I left my van running and shut the garage door. I opened the door the whole garage is full of smoke and the van is making really weird and loud noises. I thought it was going blow up. Then my garage door would not open and I did not want to go in there with all those fumes and poisons. I had no choice so I ran in and shut the van off then went outside to open the garage door. I have all my doors and windows open airing my whole house out. I am so glad I never went to bed or my children and I could of died from carbon monoxide poisoning. I also am sick to my stomach that I've ruined our brand new van. I have a lot of stress lately and am not thinking straight. |

| your welcome. but its true. sometimes we lose sight of the things that are really important and really a vehichle is nice, but there are millions and although it sucks when things happen like that, the real miracle is that you and the kids didnt fall asleep. someone was watchin out for you and you should consider yourself very very lucky. | devoted to Lucy! Thank God all of you are OK! The van can be replaced, you and the kids and furbabies can't. Your hubby may bluff and bluster, but he'll get over it! God bless Kim & Lucy |

I think I damaged the van, it starts but the engine light comes on. All the fluids seem fine. Hubby was not mad at all, funny how sometimes we worry about these things but they turn out ok. We have to wait till Thursday to have it looked at. Our garage door opener has not been working well so I think I was focusing on it shuting then getting four kids out of the car, I never even noticed I did not shut it off. | |
