My furkids Donating Member | Let's talk about the e-cig for a minute.... a few months back I purchased the vapor4life e-cigarette and just NOW decided to stop buying cigarettes! I had been using it every once in a while...I think it would be cheaper for me to by the "juice" and fill the cartridges myself. Not sure if I want to stay with the vapor4life though....I know some of you on here have, or are, using the electronic cig...any suggestions what brand of juice I should go with? I like menthol , the one from v4l is ok...but wanted to know if there is any others out there that are more like smoking a menthol cigarette... Thanks everyone!

| I use the LeCig and get the Mint juice, and I absolutely love it! You can order it online at www.lecig.com . They also have a menthol one, but I loved the mint so much I havent tried any other. Good Luck!

| I use the Smokes NV Inc. menthol. This one has no nicotine or tobacco in them. I stopped smoking 4 months ago and at the beginning I was addicted to the e-smoke and was buying one every second day or so now I use on average just one per week . Really pleased with myself.

My furkids Donating Member | thanks ladies! I have a few cartridges left but, think it would be cheaper if I bought the "juice" and refilled them myself. this is the start of day 1 without a cigarette!!!

| Wooo hooo Brenda! You've reached 'that point' and I'm so happy for you.... I personally have been on the Intellicig for ages now - but don't buy their refill cartridges - I just top up their custom made ones. I buy my top-up e-liquid from a company over here unfortunately, and I so wish I could send you some as they're amazing and SO CHEAP!!!! But customs wouldn't allow me to I wonder if it might be worth you contacting them direct though - they might be able to help. I love this menthol flavour - it's called Minty Chocolate and it's totally amazing. It costs £2.19p for 10 mls, which lasts me about 3 weeks!!!! The man there is called Allan Hugill, and he's very, very helpful. I'm sure he'd help if he can. The website is www.swapsmoking.com - I really wish you luck on your success! Sally x |

| I got an e-cig today! Maybe we should start a stop smoking support group on YT!!! I got Green Smoke. I got regular tobacco flavor and chocolate flavor. I'm really excited to begin the journey to quitting for good! Been smoking 18 years and I can really feel it now that I'm getting older (only 35, but feel older some days). Smoking really takes a toll on you, mentally, physically, etc.. terrible habit! But like most smokers (im sure) I love it! I'm REALLY hoping that I can replace cigs with the e-cig and then quit altogether. I am not a heavy smoker, about 1/2 a pack a day of ultra lights. But some days I do find I smoke more. I feel the burden of smoking all the time. I feel it in my body. I worry every time I don't feel good or right that I have incurable cancer from smoking. I never have enough strength or energy. I just don't FEEL GOOD anymore! It really is time to kick this habit and take back my health! I recently found out that my cholesterol is borderline (204) but my good cholesterol is lower than it should be. The best way to boost that is to quit smoking! I'd rather do that than to always have to watch my diet and be on meds for cholesterol of HBP. Best of luck to all of you trying to quit!!! If you ever want help/support/someone to talk to, please feel free to PM me!
