| Ice Maker---smelly I have an ice maker on my refrigerator door. How do you guys keep the ice from smelling? My ice is smelly. I wash out the bin with baking soda, but the ice still smells. Hmmmmm.......

| Could it be something in the water line? I have an ice maker that dispenses through the door and it has a filter on the water line. I have never noticed an odor in my ice.

| Mine also, dispenses ice & water on the door and no smell. We do have to change the filter in the frigerator regularly. Does your frig have a filter that may need changed?

| Agreed... change the filter (or add one if you don't already have one). We run a couple of glasses of water and a batch or two of ice to flush the line when we change ours.

| The filter needs replacing and if you don't use the ice in the bin within a short period of time then it will have an odor, so dump the ice occasionally.
