| Cleaning Wood Floors? I recently moved into a condo that has all wood floors. I have a floor steamer I use, but I cant put any type of cleaning liquid in it. So for all the ladies with wood floors, how do you keep them clean and in good shape? I think I need to get some type of wood floor cleaner, but I'm completely in the dark with this. |

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Depends if they are real wood, engineered wood, or laminate and also how they are finished, for example real wood finished in varnish is different than real wood finished in polyurethane. For most floors you can use a white vinegar and water solution. I keep some in a spray bottle and spray and wipe dry. I would be afraid to use a steamer on wood or laminate, neither loves humidy or steam, and you might have trouble over time. Is there a manager or owner of the condo you could speak with?

| Cleaning wood floors has been discussed several times here. You might get some hints from these previous threads: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/gen...od-floors.html http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/off...od-floors.html Or do a search, and you will find many more.
