| Help!! Please help!! my father got into a car accident with the manager of the neighboring apartment (literally RIGHT NEXT TO US). After the incident, she told my father and our apartment manager that my father, my bf, and I CANNOT park on their side anymore. Before the incident, there was no problem. What do I do?!?! I am SO MAD! SHE IS BEING A TOTAL *ITCH! She is bringing her own personal matter into her job basically. I mean if she didn't have a problem before and now she said she'd tow our car if we park there. The only reason we park there is because sometimes there is NO parking on our side and there are vacant parking on her side. WTF! I am SO PISSED!

| Is the parking public street parking or a private parking lot? If it is private, no matter her reasons, the only thing you can do is obey her wishes... if it is public parking, she really cant do anything about it.

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | that sucks ! I had a long search for my apartment because I had stipulations - needed a patio - needed assigned parking AND ground floor - I got them all and love my little place.... I miss my home every day but for what I needed - I'm happy. I've only had one time where someone parked in my spot which is RIGHT up against my patio - never have to walk far and I can see my car at all times if I'm on the back patio good luck - that woman sounds unreasonable - an accident is just that - An ACCIDENT |

| Not sure what you mean by "side". Is it a parking lot? A public Street? If it is a parking lot for the entire complex, and it is not posted then anyone can park there. If it is a puplic street, anyone can park there. I don't think a tow company will tow a vehicle unless it is in a spot that is clearly posted. They could be in big trouble. |

although some sort of resolution is needed because she can decide to make it miserable for you guys in the long run. Best of luck.

You need to take it up with YOUR manager about the lack of parking in YOUR lot. | |
