My DH just told me last night that he really did not understand why our furbabies had middle names!!!

I then asked him why he had a middle name and his reply was because that is what his momma named him...so then I said okay so that's what I named them....my four legged children with fur who often require more attention than my skin kid!!! He still doesn't understand and it's not even like their names are bad:

Baileigh Jo
Malleri Jade

Does any/everyone have middle names for their furchildren?

We call Marcel "Marcel"....but when me and hubby talk "about" him, we almost always call him "The Verdel"...and no, I cannot tell you why

When we talk about both dogs together, we call them "The Littles" -- and no, I cannot tell you why.

That is funny because my husband gave all of our dogs their middle names.

Nope, you're not nuts. All of my furbabies have had middle names, since I was very young. My little guy is Sir Galahad Taliesin lastname. Heheh.

My dogs have middle names. My dogs' formal names are Daisy Mae and Joshua Chandler. Around the house, my family calls them Josh and Daisy.

My cocker spaniel is Mazie Mae; my Yorkie is Misty Marie. I haven't figured out one for my maltese. Her name is Cassie or Cassandra when I'm pissed. Suggestions?

I dunno maybe it's just me but I think middle names are overrated. But then again I am someone who doesn't have a middle name and didn't even give my daughter one.
