| Yay! I'm so proud of my son :) My son's first grade teacher informed me that Drake is reading at a third grade reading level, and will be bringing home chapter books from the library! The best part is that he actually likes reading. He told me he can read the Goosebumps (RL Stine) books now and not read baby books anymore, lol. I read a lot of mysteries and horror novels, so I guess he takes after me. I'm just so happy about this, I had to share.

| I now how proud you are of your son. It's just amazing how you see these little babies grow and become so smart. Just keep encouraging him to read and learn as much as he can. I know when my daughter was in first grade she loved to read and also wrote poetry that I thought no 6 year old could possibly do. When she was 10 she asked me to bring her to the library in the next town because she read everthing in our library (right). She was always reading. Today she is in her 30's and she is a successful attorney. You're going to be amazed how far your little baby boy is going to go.

| Thats wonderful!!! My daughter was like that, in second grade now and reading at 5th and 6th grade levels. Last year after I talked to her teacher I took DD to Hastings and let her pick out her own chapter books that she could read at home(she goes to a school that doesn't belive in homework). She LOVES reading also. Just think you will be sharing YOUR books with him soon
