YorkieTalk Newbie! | my yorkie bites hard and growls Hi, I have a 4 month old yorkie who is the sweetest little thing. He can be so loving one moment and the next he acts like a little monster. Today for example I was playing fetch with him and then my other dog came over and he started growling at me and biting me . I couldn't believe my eyes. I am not sure if he gets jelous of my other dog even though he is the one getting all the attention because he is just a puppy and my german shepard is 7 yrs old. How do I teach him to grow out if this stage ? |

| Scream as if (or maybe you really are ) you're in pain and then ignore him afterward. He'll eventually understand that it hurts you and him doing that leads to him not getting attention.

| If you post this in the yorkie discussion or training threads, you'll likely get more replies. I use the loud noise technique and it usually works for me.
