Asking for warm thoughts and prayer's today My brother-in-law is having major surgery once again this time on his neck. He has spinal sinosis in his back and sinosis in his neck. They are doing the neck first in hopes the back won't have to be done. It's a 7-8hr surgery. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayer's today in hopes the surgery goes well and there is no paralization when it is over. He's in pain 24/7 and this is his 5th major surgery in 10yrs. He just never get's a break. Thank you my YT friends. Every thought counts. Hugs,

Sending positive thoughts and prayers in behalf of your brother. I sincerely hope that the surgery reduces the pain level. I understand about living with pain - unless you've been there, done that you just don't know how it affects you every single second of every day. Hugs and prayers that your the surgery is successful and your brother has a speedy recovery!

Thank you everyone. I won't know until this evening how things went. He's still in surgery for pretty much the rest of the afternoon. Every prayer, no matter how little, is a plus.

Just heard from my sister and the surgery was a success. They only had to fuse two disc's in the neck because the other's fused themselves. Deteration was bad but all went well. Time will tell if this does the trick or back surgery is next. Thanks again for all you thoughts and prayer's.

I said a prayer right after I read this. My brother in law had a wreck last year and was not expected to make it. He did however, only to have another wreck last week and break his neck and rip his ear off. I hope your BIL comes through this and gets stronger and happier and healthier than ever!
