| Pilates? Has anyone don't reformer pilates? I just made an appt to go try it out after work. I've read a lot about it but I just wanted to see if anyone can share an experience. Thanks.

| Reformer pilates is awesome!!!!!!!! It so much gentler on the body than mat pilates as the aparatus ensures correct body position, yet it works much deeper so results are visible quickly!!!! It is soothing and gentle, yet kicks butt without tremendous soreness. I am an instructor and reformer work is my favorite!!!!

| Great. Thank you so much. I can't wait to go tonight. I've read online that the results are great, etc. It's so darn pricey though. I'm sure it is worth it. I will let you know how it goes. Quote:

Donating YT 7000 Club Member | Oh I hope you enjoy it! I do mat Pilates, I'd like to look into reforming Pilates. You'll have to let us know how you enjoy them! When I first started it I hated it, but Jodie up there ^ turned me into a fan.

| It went great. I LOVE It. I felt the burn instantly and the instructor was awesome. The only down side. THEY ARE WAYYYYYYYYYYY EXPENSIVE.. So, I am looking at other stuidos. There is one place that I heard does unlimited reformer for $100 a month. That's a little steep too but it's better than $65 a class. Even doing it with 2 partners, which brings it down to $35 a class is too much because I want to do 2 to 3 times a week. So, I'll keep you posted on how the other class works out. I am a little sore today. YAY. Love it.
