Donating YT 1000 Club Member | Need a favor Everybody thinks of Florida as a great vacation spot, for beaches, palm trees, endless sunny days, incredible sunsets. I'm very lucky to live here and enjoy all year around, but I absolutely love fall, and been able to see the seasons changing, the wonderful yellow, red and orange autumn leaves. It's been a dream of mine to go some where, where I can see it, but the way things are going, we wont be able to take a break during the holidays, and not even think of going away during Thanksgiving. Here is where my question comes. For all of you living in states where leaves are already changing colors , would you mind posting pictures of them?

| Here are some from NH. This is from a couple years ago... beautiful! This year our leaves are falling off before they are turning, lots of bald trees here already but no real colorful foliage yet.

| I am in MI and the sassafras is just starting to turn red here, but not much of anything else. Probably in the next few weeks and I will start snapping some pics!

| OH COOL IDEA!!! I just moved from a state that had no real seasons, just abrupt changes to cool or cold & then back to hot. (South Texas.. LOL!).. & am now in a state that has seasons! Along with the Evergreens we also have Maples here but they aren't really turning yet. I bet they will after tonight though as they predict 33 degrees! (BRRR!). But then back to 70's by next weekend. The people X the street have leaves in their yard but their trees are only semi-golden but mostly green still. So, since I'm new to a beautiful Autumn you can bet that I'll be taking some pics here real soon. So far though... unless I go take a pic of the ladies leaves in her driveway, .. nothing spectacular yet. But soon. I'll post em when I got em. |

| I feel the same way, I'd love to see beautiful pix of the changing leaves!!! I live in Central Texas and our leaves die of old age in December - they never (or rarely) change colors before turning brown and falling off. So bring on the pictures! The more the merrier!!!

| I love Autumn too! I'll be sure to carry my cam around so I can get some pics to post here. We go to the park alot I'm sure it won't be long til theres some changes there, its already chilly and foggy here in the Uk and I'm digging the winter woolies out! We're going to Wales in middle of October, we will be in the beautiful Welsh countryside for 5 days so I'm sure we will get some great pics then too!

| Fall is my favorite season. It's not to cold and not to hot. And my college campus looks beautiful during fall. I think it's so interesting that while some are in florida and places alike they wish to see fall and while some are in the states were the leaves are changing and fall is taking into affect they are wanting to be in florida. Like my sis is going to fl this week. We're in indiana and it is getting pretty cold here now.
