OK I need a "scammer" scammer

I just read a few post about some of you guys scamming those scammers. I unfortunately got scammed right before I found Harley! Lost $300.00 in the deal. Yes I learned my lesson. If anyone is interested in helping me out let me know. I'll be putting my correspondences with "Micheal" on here as soon as I can get them situated.

Thank you for your interest in my puppies, However your email address was forwarded to me BY the breeder(Daisy) whom I initially got the babies from. I told her to help me put up an awareness regarding the adoption of these puppies due to my present predicament. The major reason I am giving them out for adoption is that right at this very moment I am supposed to be in Canada for a 6 months program, Well it was an impromptu call and I have to show up before next 2 weeks, I actually got these puppies from Daisy and i was hoping to breed them. But now i guess that would no longer work as planned,hence I have decided to give them out on adoption. I love them so much and I have actually put in so much to make them`happy. Hence I would need a real petlover with a good heart that would be able to afford vet-visits and dedications. I am giving the babies out for adoption at the cost of $200 for a puppy and $350 for both babies,from the research i made on shipping I found out that I could have one baby shipped at the cost of $170 to any location in the US and $260 can ship both babies. Hence to adopt and ship a baby would cost $370,while both babies would cost $610.Shipping would be overnight via Continental Airlines. Their names are Rollyn(Male)weighs---1.7lbs and Georgia(Female) weighs 1.4lbs they are currently 16 weeks old. They are expected to weigh 3lbs-3.5lbs at full grown .AKC registered,with complete papers. They are upto date on all shots/worming.They are already potty trained with excellent temperament. They have not been fixed for any reason. I have attached their pictures. They are from different litter and are very good with children and other animals.
Kindly let me know your status regarding the adoption.

Thanks for your interest in the puppies.. I am so glad that he would finally be going to a good and happy home,I ll miss him though but I just have to let him go so things can be balanced down here. It's not really easy to take my mind off him .....well I hope he ll be given much attention . And please it would really do me good if You would be able to send me his pictures often. I would include his toys,sample of food he has been eating,his blanket and sheets,his lead and muzzle and a catalogue on how to train your puppy and he is going to be shipped in a soft comfortable crate.
However Shipping and handling would be over night.Prior to shipping copies of his paperwork and shipping details(Arrival time of the puppy at your location , a tracking number to track the puppy at the airport, I will email the flight arrival information, flight number, air bill number) would be forwarded to you by fax and also emailed to you as an email attachment, please note that the hard copies would be coming with the baby.Shipping will be 6-8 hours after payment is confirmed,as this time would enable me prepare the puppy for the trip.
For shipping kindly provide me with the following details.

-----Your fax #(If any)
-----Your proposed airport of delivery.

Note that this baby could as well be delivered to your door step,but it would attract $45 extra ,though this is optional.

I'd like to suggest a payment plan that my dog trainer suggested to me. He said
most transactions like this occurs this way...
I send half of the payment before shipping and the other half after I bring the
dogs to the vet here or after 7 days. We also have the option of a buyer's
agreement.
I'd like to forego all of this and still do this right, but I know you are
limited on time so my husband offered sending half now and half after we
receive the dogs without the agreement and the vet.
Not saying you would do this, but I've been screwed over more times than I'd
like to count and do not want to have a repeat.

Here's the nitty gritty... I hope you can understand all of this.

He agreed to half now and half after.
Fri. 6th- he says he will get back to me as he makes progress.
Sat.-he writes that he can have home delivery for additional $45.00.
Mon.-He then writes that he cannot ship them because all he had enough for was the preparation for them to be shipped.
"Just to inform you that after buying the crate & processing the
paperwork,I do not have enough money to buy the flight ticket for the
weight of two puppies. If u can,pls send me the balance $305 to enable
me ship on monday,otherwise shipping will be delayed till friday when i
get my pay - unless you want me to ship one puppy now. Let me know your
position on this."

We told him that we will not send more money before we get the pups.
He then states that maybe he can get a loan and have them shipped out on Friday.

Mon.9th- All of a sudden he writes "I just got a mail from the Canadian embassy that my visa is ready will leave on Thursday night wonder what to do now Do I post your money back as I will not be able to ship if the money is not sent by
tuesday.Pls let me know."

He's offering our money back,ok

Mon. afternoon - We then told him basically yes please send our money back asap.

Wed. morning-my hubby sent this:
look I need my money back ASAP . we had a deal half to ship half after deliver
of dog . I sent you half you did not send dogs. send my money back

It's over a month now and still NOTHING!

The money doesn't really matter anymore. I knew we would be taking a chance on this. I mean how can you go through life not being able to trust anyone. I mean we were giving him the benefit of doubt.
The money was part of our stimulus check, so we really aren't missing it since we never counted it into our finances.
Hubby suggested that we send another inqury to the post with a bogus email.
What do you think and if it does get sent to the same guy, where am I going from there?

The puppy I advertised on the webpage has been adopted by Dr. Richard Leo residing at Florida and the puppy is doing quite well with him and his family according to his last comment about the puppy welfare at their resident. I want to refer you to one of my customers who was a graduate of Denver Seminary and he works as the Bereavement Manager at Hospice of Metro Denver. He bought two puppies from me as well. He has been transfered to West Africa in continuations to his missionary work. He went there with the two puppies he adopted from me. Unfortunately, Africa is not the place for these types of dogs.He contacted me few days ago to find a caring parent that will adopt the puppies back to the USA He had no time for them, the african weather is so harsh according to him and

Sadly I hear what you are saying. "Evangelist Peter Alber" just scammed me out of $300, the only difference is my puppy of choice was an english bulldog. I am mad as hell, more mad because I know this person or persons has done this to many many people. I also feel very ashamed that in my excitement for the realization of a dream that I let someone dupe me and make me look like a complete DA. Is there anything legally that can be done to make sure no one else has to suffer like we have.

Whether this Michael person is for real or not, he's still an A**. Unfortunately when I went back to the website, the post was gone. I would love to get some of these guys back some kind of way. I'm just not that creative to start something.

The names of the dogs are Georgia and Rollyn just like the ones in the story you wrote about. Your story was from June. I read about this one July 18. The ages are still 16 weeks. They needed new homes because of relocation.
I said I might be interested and asked for a price. He sent pm to say both for $400. Red Flag to my instincts. Too Good to be true. Sounds like the same Scam. What do U think? The guy is listed as a yorkie talk newbie as of July 17, 2008. I'm so glad I read your story. If confirmed what I was thinking.

he scammed me also! got 300.00 outa me too and for the same kind of dog.. im doing everything in my power to catch him.. its not bout the money nemore i just don't want him to scam anyone else

I am sorry to say but you will have an uphill battle. This isn't one person. It is a network of people. They aren't necessarily all from Africa. They are right here in the US and other countries for that matter. The key is to educate others on this ever growing crime. The saying goes, if it is too good to be true then it is.
