| Snoring Hubbies Any Of U Got One??? LOL Girls my hubby is sweet and good at building houses and all God Bless him he's killing me! He snores so loud I can't get any sleep at night We have a queen size bed that is what I call new to me, we got it so I could sleep in it too around 2 years ago, guess what I'm always going to the couch in the living room to get to go to sleep. I try my best to beat him to the bed so I can fall asleep 1st but hardly does that happen, I've tried and tried to sleep with him like last night, oh my GOSH I could of killed his butt really, here I told him don't go snoring on me, about 5 minutes after that here he started, I gave him a slight push from his belly to roll over to his left side (If on his left side he doesn't seem to snore as loud) well low and behold I couldn't for the life of me get him to roll over, so here I got up draggin' my pillow and blankie (Now I feel like Linus from Snoopy) to the couch and keep in mind that our Boy Yorkies are in there well here Teddy started wanting me I said NO I'm sleeping go to sleep, thank goodness he did. Well I get all tucked in and I swear if he didn't start sucking the walls & doors in and photos off the walls, I just about pooped my pants I thought what in the world is he doing, so I go in our bedroom and shut the door, he's still sucking it all in, so I turned the TV on and finally last time I looked at the clock it was 3 am. I don't see how in the world our 3 girl Yorkies sleep in the room next to our bedroom (Where he sleeps) & it's in the back of the house I mean we don't close the door, just have a gate up, but here they can sleep through him and never make a sound but let someone just lightly pecks on the front door in the front of the house and they are going off barking so loud. I don't get how in the world all these 5 Yorkies can sleep through his snoring and I can't. I've bought him those nose strips, think he'd wear them to give me so sleep? Why no. LOL. Then he has the guts to get up in the morning and say did U sleep good or ask me why I'm so cranky. I thought once I got my 4 girls up and out of the baby and toddler stage then I could sleep all night yeah right. Do any of U ever go through this with U're hubbies? God Love U're Bones If U Do!!! |

I Love Thor Donating Member | My dad is like that. When we used to go on family vacations I would end up crying myself to sleep cause you just can't avoid the loud thunderous snores!! Now when we go somewhere as a family we get two rooms! I don't know how in the WORLD my mom (or ladies like yourself) deal with it! Kudos to you...Big time! You are amazing for putting up with it! I live with my wonderful bf now, and bless him, if he makes a peep I am quick to push him, shake him, and shush him. He doesn't remember in the morning so I don't feel too bad. Maybe your husband could get one of those balls that make him sleep on his stomach so he doesn't snore??? Nothing worked with my dad. He even got surgery that was supposed to end it, but it didn't make a difference! Wishing you some sleep! Hannah |

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | Hubby has some sinus problems. What stops him is if I nicely roll him on his side. When they sleep on their back at times the position is not the greatest and blocks their airway. So if you can roll him on his side and your gonna get to sleep. My husband can peel the paper off of walls when he gets going....I started rolling him over and it sure has helped. I can sleep now.

| My Husband snores horribly. Now that hes in Iraq I cant sleep, Its to quiet! He snores so badly that they gave him hes own tent, no one wil room with him. When he was in basic the guys made him stay up 5 to 10 minutes after lights out to get a headstart on him and it still didn't really help. He had boots thrown at him all night. |

| I'm with you on this one, Bf snores and even if I elbow him to roll over he still snores! Sometimes I can sleep through it, but sometimes I'm a light sleeper and just can't seem to block it out. It's safe to say that the couch and I have become very good friends, to the point that if I actually sleep in my bed upstairs Harley whines for me to come back down.

| Yes, My husband does. And thats why i have been on the couch for years. I already have problems staying asleep, I wake up just about every 20 minutes. So the snoring doesn't help..

It used to be just like this and I would do all those things you described, but nothing worked. When I couldn't sleep I would turn the tv on and put it on closed caption, so as not to wake him ( yea, right ... ), but I have to tell you that he snored so loud I couldn't read the captions... LOL Now, we do not have this problem too much anymore since we began using the Neticup to clean our sinus area. It really worked for us .... | |
