| Can you believe this ? This is what was on our local news station this morning. Evidently ( what appears to be ) a backyard breeder decided that they no longer wanted their dogs and dumped them in a local National Forest west of the CT River. I couldn't stop crying when I saw this, but the good news is that all of them are okay and most are already placed, but of Course, I have a big knot in my stomach now thinking ...what if they didn't find them all? How do they know there are just 11? I can't stand this! What is wrong with people? http://www.wfsb.com/video/15736818/index.html |

| Sadly, yes, I can believe it! It amazes me sometimes, the lengths people will go to, to "get rid of" an aggrivation. That's what these poor animals have become to them ... why not find them loving homes with people who would love to love them? They could surrender them to rescues or shelters with less effort!

| I'm sure that there are so many of us in the Nutmeg state right now who are saying and thinking that if only .... ( thinking of many possibilities other than what happened) Hell, the temps at night have only been in the 20's and 30's. Damn, I just can't stand this. Those little guys probably had a terrible life before being dumped and now this. What is wrong with people?????? |

| How heartless! All of us know just how many people out there would've been happy to receive one of these poor little angels. It's hard for me to understand how anyone could do that to these tiny dogs. They are soooo defenseless. Just imagining how terrified they were makes me cry

| At first I thought perhaps this person was getting rid of all their dogs, but then I began to think that perhaps they were just culling out their kennels and getting rid of the dogs that were no longer producing for them. Either way it is despicable and I hope that karma bites em in the arse.... |

| My friend and I made some calls yesterday to see if we could perhaps foster one or two of the dogs while they are searching for homes, but all were quickly placed and are now in loving homes. |

| I hope that breeder is shut down.....is there a way they can regulate who can have the privilege to breed?? Wouldn't that be nice?! I hope all those babies found loving forever homes! Some people are just evil and heartless, they will pay, in time...
