| International YorkieTalk Meetup Raffle & Goodie Bags Donations Requested Our very first International YorkieTalk Meet-up is now only three months away! Exciting events and activites are being planned, including a Raffle to be held during dinner Saturday evening! Goodie bags will also be handed out at dinner that will be filled with small items, samples, coupons, etc. If any YorkieTalk member would like to donate to the Raffle or Goodie Bags, please PM me. We would like to keep items mostly doggie-related but would like to include a few items for mommies and daddies too. We would really appreciate any donations. Raffle and Goodie Bag Information: Registered Members (with or without dinner) may participate in the raffle. The first 15 members that registered will receive 5 FREE raffle tickets. All other registered members will receive one free ticket. Additional raffle tickets will cost $2 each, with 1 free ticket for every 5 tickets purchased. Raffle ticket sales will end June 1. Ticket sales will contribute to the cost of the meet-up, and any profits will be donated to a non-profit Yorkie Rescue. Prizes will be displayed on tables with a can in front of each. Participants will be able to view prizes and choose which they would like to win by adding their ticket to the can in front of that prize. This will prevent boys from winning girl items and vice versa and allow winning of the correct size clothing. Registered members will also receive a goodie bag to take home on Saturday night. Raffle Donations: Please PM me if you would be interested in donating a prize for the raffle. If you will be attending the meet-up, you may bring your item with you. If you are not attending the meet-up or will not be able to travel with your item, you may mail your item to Lisas mother who lives in Kansas City before the meet-up. Goodie Bag Donations: Please PM me if you would be interested in donating items for the goodie bags. At this time we are estimating that we will have 50-60 goodie bags to fill, and we would really like for all the goodie bags to have the same items. We are hoping to have small items, samples, etc. We also would like to include a book of coupons and gift certificates so if you are a seller and would like to include a coupon/small gift certificate to your business please let me know. I think this will be a nice treat for the meet-up guests and a good way to advertise your business. Thank you!! Let me know if you have any questions.

| Goody Bag Donations Michelle, We bought some Canidae dog food last week and while we were looking around the store I noticed the owner had the Canidae sample bags available so I asked him if he would be willing to donate some of the samples for our goody bags and he said yes. I told him I would pass the info on to you so I will send you a PM with his store link and some other information.

There is still time to sign up! And you don't need to sew, bake or anything else to attend (I sure can't do either of those things). Isn't it great, you can just come and have a good time with all of us other people who don't sew, bake, or anything else except LOVE OUR BABIES!!! As for the donating, I just asked the fella and he said "yes" so, if you're in a store and see something that would be a good goody bag item, just ask, all they can do is say no and they might say "YES"!!

The one donating the samples is Pet Planet, the pet store at 2nd and Grand in Lee's Summit. He also offered to get us samples from BarktoBasics, an all natural food supplier, and to be a vendor! I will PM you a copy of the information I sent to Michelle.

| Would small scented candles be ok? That is the only thing I can think of since I know someone who makes them.
