| Menapause? I don't have menapause, I have very active and energetic dreams that cause me to sweat, that's all. Mood swings? NO. It's just that what everybody says and does is bothersome. Not always but sometimes and what bothers me this minute might not bother me the next. It's their fault, not mood swings............ |

| Just getting out of mine, Thank GOD! the estroven does work good, that's what I was on and it helped so much, but, I went off when I ran out, and then when I started back up on them, they didn't work..should have never gone off..I'm finally getting to where I can sleep through the night, unless the carpal tunnel starts in like it has been...Don't you love getting old?? |

| I feel for you, truly. I started menapause at 40 and was through it at 42. I wasn't and am not on any medications. It was only recently, when talking to others that I looked back and can honestly say I was a mentally unstable person during that time of my life. My emotions, my thought process, anger not to mention all of the body changes seem surreal to me today. The good news is that is does end. The bad news is that everyone is so different that it's hard to give advice on except to talk to people. I didn't and I think it would have made a difference just to speak with others going through the same thing...
