| Pop Can Tabs..... ...I saved pop can tabs for the kids school and they're not collecting them anymore...I don't know if I should just toss them in with the cans when I recycle them or if there's anyone who knows someone who uses them for crafting.... People are making belts and bracelets out of them, but I don't know anyone who does this.....

| I read something awhile back about the Ronald McDonald houses being able to use them for something. I forget all of the story other than Ronald McDonald houses and the pop can tops, LOL...I've been saving them myself ever since just in case I find out where to send them . Maybe check online and you could send them to them or something. I figured when I had a lot of them (we don't drink much soda here) I'd look it up. Or maybe check with some of the rest homes/senior centers to see if they could use them for crafts.

| Also check with St Jude Children's Hospital. At one point, they were collecting them and may still be doing that. Not sure how many but a certain number or weight was enough to pay for one chemo treatment for a child.

| I saved mine for years and had a sack full. Never knew what to do with them, though. The cans went to recycling and I obsessively saved the tabs. I don't know what happned to them after I broke my leg and the construction crew came in to repair the fire damage. |

| Our local drama dept. collected these a year or so ago to make chain mail. I'm sure someone will find a great use for them. Maybe post them on Craig's List? That was nice of you to do!
