| Volunteering? Who here volunteers and where do you help out? There is this organization in Atlanta called Hands on Atlanta that kind of organizes volunteering around the city with different agencies. They have a new people orientation last night that I went to. I am going to start helping out around the city and get more involved. Im really excited! Anyone else?

| I've volunteered at a hospital for about 5 years, and I love it...I have also volunteered with things like Light the Night for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Relay for Life, Junior Achievement, Ronald McDonald House, etc. It's extremely rewarding, and I encourage everyone to lend a helping hand

| I volunteered at a hospital in the admitting department for a few summers. This past year I volunteered with a program that helped students with whatever they were going to do after high school (applying for college, financial aid, applying for a job, etc.) This summer I am thinking about volunteering at a clay studio which has a program for children.

| I have volunteered through the National Beta Club, in HS with things like Habitat for Humanity, Great day of Service, and Boys and Girls club. I also did Big Brother/ Big Sister in college and they were all very rewarding. I am really anxious to get back into it. School kept me very busy for the past couple of years...

YT 2000 Club Member | I used to volunteer at my kids old elementary school for reading before we moved to a new school system. I am now looking into the program at the library where children in K-4 will read to you, it sounds like something I would enjoy doing. My oldest son, Mason, helps out at our churches community diner that is every Wednesday. At first he was doing for hours need to get Confirmed but once he got his hours in he still goes, he said that it makes him feel good!

| I volunteer here for the Animal Samaritans SPCA and am on the auxiliary for the same organization helping to raise funding for it. It's a lot of work but very rewarding.

| Good for you getting involved! I love to volunteer - would rather do that then go to my job - if it wasn't for that paycheck thing. I've been an advisor to my sorority, a Girl Scout leader for 7 yrs, church stuff, parent-teacher organization at my daughter's school, homeroom mom every yr, volunteered for all kinds of stuff to benefit my daughter's dance studio. Race for the Cure, Alzheimer's Assoc. & Jr. Diabetes I'm thinking about getting involved in a mentoring program or CASA

| I would love to help out at christian services. I have been meaning to call, but I don't have many options for a babysitter.
