| Anyone else have problems with USAA? So the other day we get this letter in the mail for our home equity line of credit stating they are doing reviews of accounts and putting some people's account on a freeze. Fine whatever, but we JUST got this loan 6 months ago and somehow our home value dropped $30,000 in that short time??? Yeah not. We use the line of credit for down payments on our house flipping business and now we can't do anymore houses until this gets resolved. I was so sure I was right I went and researched all the home sales in the past year in our area and the LOWEST was $22K OVER what they said ours is worth. Its been a week and I'm still waiting to hear back from someone who can hopefully fix this, everyone else just says well thats what the computer says your house is worth. Grrrr, sorry to rant, just wondering if anyone else is having problems like this with USAA or anyone else for that matter. They are being OVERLY cautious because other people screw up and now I'm being punished for having perfect credit, never having a late payment and making extra payments |
