| yep, this is really happening the other day, I was telling my husbands aunt that i was worried that something was wrong with the baby because i hadn't felt sick at all. besides the sore breasts and cramping, i have not felt preggers at all. well, ask and you shall receive, right??? about 3 hours later, i started getting really sick. the next day, really sick. just looking at food, especially meat, made me sick. all day today....really sick again. and I am on vacation right now!!!!!!!!! I want to go home!!! this is going to be rough. i was sick the entire time with my daughter. I hope this one is a little easier but so far...this one is kicking my butt!!!!!

| I feel for you babe. This pregnancy has kicked my butt as well. The first 3 months were constant sickness. I felt like a walking zombie. And had 5 other children to care for as well! I pray that this will pass quickly for you! Hopefully it will be gone when you end your first trimester!

| You can take dramamine! Now it'll probably knock you out, but well worth the not being sick!

| Call your Dr. before you take anything over the counter, alot of that stuff can be harmful when your pregnant. I heard somewhere that the OTC meds for motion sickness are not good to take when your pregnant. Maybe he can call you in some phenergan(sp), its a nausea med that works pretty good, but it does make you sleepy. I was sick the entire time I was pregnant so my dr prescribed me some of the phenegran and it worked really good. |

| Good luck. Morning sickness (which in my case was 24 hour a day sickness ) is unlike anything I have ever experienced in my life!! I had rough pregnancies though, but I had very easy labor and delivery. |

| I'm soooo sorry you are feeling so sick, but in the end it will all be worth it! How did it go with telling your family at Christmas? Is your daughter excited? Have you thought of names yet?

| Oh, Mandee, I'm so sorry you're sick. I was sick my entire pregnancy - still getting sick 2 days before! Meat was awful. I couldn't stand to even smell it cook - so no cooking for 9 mths! I had to hide in another rooom with the door shut if anyone was cooking. Hope you have a safe, healthy trip home & a very short bout of morning sickness. I wouldn't wish it on anyone

| Thanks for the memories...Not! I hated being pregnant because I was always so sick. I had a stroke when I was pregnant with my first, which kept me bedridden for a looooong time. They say that nausea is a sign that everything is going well, so I guess just embrace that and wait until the 2nd trimester when things are usually better. I feel for you, I really do. But just wait until you get to see your adorable little baby!! Take care.

Donating YT 14K Club Member | Never failed for me...the day after a test was confirmed, I was sick! Not so much with my daughter...only a couple of times but my son was completely different...6-8 times everyday and I had to wear elastic waisted pants. Any pressure what so ever made me run to the bathroom. Crackers and water became my new best friend and by the 4th month, everything was pretty much back to normal. Enjoy being preggers and take it easy on yourself...no over doing anything!
