| Starting physical therapy tomorrow It feels so good to be back, though I prob wasn't missed. LOL. On Wed I had shoulder surgery. A lot of scar tissue and a spur in my shoulder joint had to be removed. And they did some manipulation of the shoulder. Had arm in sling till today when I got stitches out. Good to be back to able to type. Start therapy tomorrow, so I will be in lot of pain again. I hate pt. My should had become frozen so I was barely able to lift it and now it is lifting higher than before surgery. A couple of hrs after pt I return to work where I type a lot. I may pass out once I get home that night. Did I mention I hate pt and pain? Wish me luck.

| I'm sorry you had to go through this. I had a frozen shoulder once, but was able to work it out in the pool after months of exercise. I wish you luck, and little pain at PT.

| Hang in there Johnna the PT will do wonder's for that shoulder. I know the pain you must be going threw, I had tentenitis in my shoulder's two years ago. I thought I had broken them somehow. I do hope your pain subsides with the therapy and you have a speedy recovery. Don't let the pain get the better of you. Good wishes coming your way. |

| So sorry you are having a rough time. Hoping the pt won't be too bad. I had pt for my arm and shoulder after my mastectomy. My left arm had also frozen after surgery. It was hell, but worked wonders! Wishing you well
