| OK....so when would be the better time do you think, late Spring or Summer? Saturday or Sunday? We are fine with either....just thinking it might be super hot in the summer?? Also, since we have never brought "the kids" to Boston before, do you think we will need a stroller?

| I am good for weekends! any month for the most part. I'd prefer early summer if possible.

It is true... maybe spring might be better I remember I went to a YT NY meet-up and nobody came but one person because of the heat last summer... I think we can hang out at Common then head to Newbury street or South End for tea or coffee.. or lunch... We could also go to Polka Bakery (dog boutique, bakery) at South End after the meet-up. You guys all can park at Boston Common Garage for $10 all day I think on the weekend If anyone wants to go to off-leash park instead.. then there is one in South End as well.. It means there will be other dogs (bigger ones) too... But South End is really nice place to hang around.. and there are some outside cafe..

| Thanks Michiko for the info! Do you mind being our Boston point of contact? Although I think an off leash park might be fun...I feel a bit nervous about mine being around off leash around bigger dogs since they've never really been to any meet ups at all. Of course, we will go with the flow so whatever the majority decides on is fine with us. Is there parking near this other park also? A visit to a dog bakery/boutique would be fun and then coffee/tea/lunch at an outdoor place on Newbury Street would be great! Do you think they would permit a small group of us with .... I hate to say the word..."dogs'? I don't know if you saw my earlier question about a stroller, we don't have one but can certainly get one. Do you think it would be a good idea? Linda~

| Hi Abby, There are so much nice parks that we can easily get stuff and eat at park... There should be seat outdoor too and cafe or restaurants shouldn't mind about that... I love walking and it is not that far to South End (where the dog bakery and some dog parks are)... so I don't think that parking at Boston Common is a bad idea... Today I saw that the parking is $11. I think it will be hard to find off street parking. I also think that maybe New England YT meet-up might attract more people.... but not sure.. It is because we saw more responses on other thread. Oh about stroller... I never use it.. so I don't know if you would like to have it... Haruka is a little over 3lb so I can carry her and walk around... Haruka is also well-behaved in her bag too.. but if you have two and you have hard time, you could consider having a stroller....
