| New York City License for dogs? Hi There. I was just wondering because I saw a sign at our dog park today that said "dogs must be licensed." I have no idea how to do this? My dog has had all his shots but does that mean he is licensed? Anyone know anything about this? Thanks for the help Curtis |

| http://www.nyc.gov/html/doh/html/vet/vetdog.shtml You can get a license application there...You should register your dog, if you plan on taking him to parks and stuff...They can give you a fine of up to 200 dollars if the dog is not registered...OUCH!!! 200 bucks IMAGINE!!!

| If you happen to go to the park without you ID, they can not give you a ticket if your dog isn't registered, because you are just visiting That little tip will get you by in a pinch. Just don't try it twice with the same cop. |
