Bernie hasn't been feeling well, and we've been getting a lot of support from YT. But imagine our surprise and joy when a package arrived for Bernie!! It was from Lucy and Rudy!!! (Thanks, Dawn)

Bernie LOVES presents! Well we opened it and gave it to him and in no time he was playing like he didn't have a problem in the world!!!

He got a "squeaky mat". It's really cool. Every square has a different squeaker! Now, I can't catch it squeaking on video, because my guys equate cameras with TREATS and start acting all goofy for treats and stop acting like their normal goofy selves. But, Bernie has been having a blast finding all the different squeakers! He's driving Ginger nuts!

I can't imagine a better gift for him!!!

Dawn also sent me a book Pets Letters to God 2. She's just so thoughtful!

Well, the videos are HORRIBLE (sorry) but I am having technical problems with the regular camera (aka, "no batteries") so this is the best I can do at the moment.

The orange/blue mat is the toy from Lucky and Rudy. I wish I could have caught him when he first realized that it squeaked in different places! Too cute!

Bernie & Judy you are so....Welcome.

You have both been thru a lot and I just thought you's would enjoy something small for each of you.

Oh my gosh, Thanks so much for posting those two really cute video's of Bernie & Lexie. It was so nice to see Bernie up and about and playing.

It made me smile to see him carrying around that mat in his mouth.

He is such a cutie pie. Whoever gets to adopt Lexie will be very lucky. She seems so layed back and is a cutie pie also. Seeing your video's makes me want to go out and buy a video camera.

I just saw the thread from March about Bernie. My heart just broke reading that thread. I'm so sorry I missed it--I've been out of the loop lately. So glad Bernie is on the mend..and receiving such cool gifts

I'm so glad that Bernie & "everyone" likes the mat.
