Hi Everyone, it is that time of year again, I will be hosting the annual parade to see the seniors and we are adding a bar-b-q in this year...

The meet-up is on Saturday Sept 1st and hope to see you there
COme any time after 1 PM and have cheese & crackers before the little parade to the Senior Apartment building. we will leave the house @2:30 sharp and be back by 4:00, we will have a bar-b-q in the yard.

For those of you who missed last year, the yard is Yorkie proofed and the fenced in area for them is large enuf to accommodate all our babies to romp & play
Feel free to bring a side dish to pass
We hope to see you there

21567 Edison in Dearborn, we will do a little parade down Monroe Street to visit the seniors who live in a nearby apartment building as well previous to the bar-b-q............. Hope you can make it

I can't wait either to see you, "my man" and Janie and everyone!
You didn;t meet up with Janie at Yorkie Fair I don't think,

nor share in her cherries BUT you did get to meet her last Christmas Meet-up
I think this post got lost in the shuffle, too many people did not respond from Yorkie Talk

We are definitely going up to the cottage and will be staying till Monday, but I will be with you all in spirit and looking forward to the next one!!!!!!

Do you know if the others from this end of the world will be there?

Pattie- I haven't talked with Sheryl or Karla, so I'm not sure if they are able to make your meet-up or not. I think that Linda is planning to come. There are a few new YT local folks - maybe they will want to attend....

Pattie,

You can count me in-along with my hubby Stewart!

I am so excited to finally get to spend time with the Michigan yorkie families!!!

I really love your plan to do the parade for the seniors.

I have a little something special for Nina to wear,

but hubby is going to have a cow. He doesn't like me to dress her up-he likes her nekked!

Along with a dish (I think I will bring my garlic sesame green beans) should I bring Nina's X-pen?

My gramma (RIP) was in a nursing home for a spell doing rehab physical therapy and we used to take our first yorkie, Molly Muffins (RIP) with us to visit her there. All of the residents would light up like you wouldn't believe when Molly would come through the building.

It was so nice to see.

I am really looking forward to this.

I just got a PM from Jodie about the meet up on Saturday. (Thanks Jodie!)I havent been on Yorkie Talk in a while...been so busy with work. Anyway, I would love to come. I have a hair appt, so Izzy and I will be there around 2ish. See you all then! I will bring a snack too.

aww I wish I joined this forum, sooner. I have no time to find a ride for me and aurora to stop by now. Dearborn is not far from canton, i think. Well hopefully you will do this again. I would love to be able to meet other yorkie owners and let Aurora play with others.
