| First Yorkie We just got our very first Yorkie and the breed has already taken over as our favorite! We had always owned large dogs and when my mother brought her Yorkie (Scooby Doo) over to visit my kids fell in love with him. She had gotten him from a resuce and his brother was still there. I decided to have her call and get the little guy for us. We haven't even had him (Slim Shady) for a week and he is the cutest, most loveable, and best dog we have ever had. He potty trained very well and gets along with our cats. He is such a little lover! Always wants to be next to someone. Ironically he is quite the little guard dog as well. Anytime someone knocks on the door he is right there with his adorable little bark! My girls have already been shopping for him too! He has a fleece hoodie and a vest with a peace sign (picked out special by my 9yr old) for when he goes outside. It's obvious at this point that he is a member of our family and will always be with us. |
