| Do your yorkies like wearing clothes?? I bought Rusty a cute winter coat and a sweater. Last night when I tried to have him model his new outfits, he freaked out! You would think that I was tourturing him by the way he was acting. how do you get the clothes onto you puppies? Its starting to get cold at night here, and i don't want him to freeze when we take him outside... |

I Love My Lil' Punkin's Donating Member | Both of my babies LOVE wearing clothes, thank God - cause I am a BIG time shopper, lol. I started putting clothes on them when they were teeny tiny - from day one that I had them So I guess they just got used to it as wearing clothes is pretty much all they have ever known, lol. They do run "naked" around the house alot though, so they do get their breaks away from clothes Both of my babies shiver and easily get very cold though, so the clothes work out great for them. I am sorry to hear that your little one doesn't like them Maybe he just has to get used to them, but I know some just hate them period

| Buster didnt like it at first...but he is used to it now. When something is new - there is always a curiousity and a fighting instinct - I think it just takes time |

| Mr. Biggs loves to wear clothes! He always gets excited when I pull out a shirt (I think because he associates it with going outside) and he gets excited to see his pj's... and then he goes and finds a pile of clothes to lay on eventhough he has 3 beds in the house. lol

Donating YT 1000 Club Member | All of my fur babies have gotten dressed since they were babies. They all love it. Our Yorkie Krissy will run to their closet ( YES they have their own wardrobe/closet) . All I do is say bye bye and Krissy wants to be the first one dressed. They actually wait in line to get dressed and are sad if they do not get to because it means they are staying home. I used treats to train them. One special; treat they only get when they have clothes one. I use pupperoni. Try showing the treat and then say get dressed! After getting dressed give the treat. I have had lots of people say this works!

| I started trying clothes when we got Stella, she didn't like them then nor does she like them now when inside. She doesn't seem to mind when we are outside. I wish she liked them more because they are so cute on her. |

Donating YT 3000 Club Member | Bengi sometimes runs aways when I want to put a shirt on him, but once it's on he doesn't care. Lately he's being relating clothes to going out, so he's actually getting excited when he sees I pull out a tshirt, but sometimes while I'm putting a sleeve on, he has the look of "what was I thinking???" |
