| Ear Taping?? I need help! Ok, so Bobby had both his ears up for awhile & now there's one up & one down.. It's just the cutest thing but I was thinking about taping the floppy ear up. I just have a few questions.. 1. How do I do it? Lol, I'm so clueless! 2. Does it hurt them? Thanks for the help in advance guys!

| I need question answered My yorkie is now 11 weeks old, will be 12 Monday - When he was 10 weeks old his ears stood up beautifully and stayed up a week or so but now they have dropped again. Should I go ahead and tape them? |

| It doesn't hurt them if you shave the hair off first. It's more of an annoyance to them then anything else.

| It doesn't hurt them at all. I shaved the hair off of the whole ear to prevent pulling the hair out. I will post a link to the directions I used and they work great. Both of their ears came up and stayed up for a week or so but they are teething. You just have to do it regularly until they don't fall anymore. leave the tape on for 3 days and then take it off and then if they start to fall tape them again for 24 hrs and then remove, keep doing this until they stay. http://members.cox.net/jrogan/ears.html Last edited by amanda350; 09-14-2007 at 06:39 AM.
