I payed in full for a puppy and was waiting for it to be sent to me when i found out it was a spam. i have not got a puppy at home with me that i got from a breeder in my local town. he is also now called Tino as is the real thing. Thanks x

| I don't know your story but I'm sorry you got scammed and also got your feelings hurt on here. YT isn't the Bible - you can't take what everyone says as the gospel truth Hang in there and post pics of your new baby!

| Don't worry about what people say to you on here. People here come from all over, and one bad comment doesn't mean the rest of us aren't nice people.

| QUOTABLE: You can always tell a real friend. When you've made a fool of yourself, she doesn't feel you've done a permanent job. -- Unknown You can find real friends on YT Don't worry about the words of others, concentrate on the truth you know in your heart & move on. I am sooooo sorry you got spammed/scammed. What a difficult thing to go thru. Congrats on Tino - give him a hug for me!

| I'm so so sorry that this happened to you, people can be very cruel, especially when they are hiding behind their computer screen. Give Tino some puppy kisses from me. Chin up and remember that most of us are lovely, *hugs*, Lara. |

| The heck with em Just forget whoever it was that was mean.....and lets start over!! Welcome to Yorkie Talk. I have read a lot about people getting scammed out of money buying puppies online. I am sorry you had to be one of them. All the other people who posted replies to this thread are right. This is a great site, and chances are that you will come accross someone else on this site at one time or another that will say something to get your goat, but in general it's a GREAT place to be. Congrats on your baby!!

| I read your previous post and I also thought it was fishy, although i didn't reply because i think that person who spoke up stated everything that needed to be said. it was a bit off about how you said you purchased the pup locally and insinuated that he was in ur possession as well. The people on here are very sharp and you really cant pull the wool over their eyes. That is why people come here. usually when people post pics that came in an email from the breeder the person posting them will say that. When the person posting doesn't have the dog in their possession they usually say"I don't have the pup yet, however the breeder told me...." In normal cases i would be the first one to say I am sorry that people were mean to you, but in this case no one was out of line based in the information that you gave and the pics that you supplied of Charlie. If you did indeed get scammed you are not the only one, and I am glad u had enough money to purchase a pup in ur area. God Bless Kisses! |

| I just read the post in question and can see why people were confused, however i'm sorry that you were scammed and I think the best outcome would be for everyone to move on. Why don't you post some pictures of your new puppy that we can all enjoy. |

| The previous poster wasn't being mean. You had posted a picture of a puppy from a site she had bought from(and she knew they didn't ship to the UK). It seemed like you already had the puppy and she was just pointing out that there wasn't any way you had this exact one. What we didn't know(and you too) was that you were being scammed by the person who sent you the picture. Plus, in your postings you used a lot of lower case and broken sentences(it tends to be what scammers on line do). Actually, that post is probably what alerted to you to the fact that you were being scammed, right? Well, good luck with your new puppy. Even the best of us have been scammed and you will learn a ton here! Post lots of pictures, we always enjoy seeing them grow up and getting to know them.
