The boat dock boyz! So, the new boat dock is done...except for a little decorating and the storage shed and shade canopy are on order. Jo and Riley absolutely love going out to the dock...they weren't sure at first but now they both run up and down the piers to watch the boats float by and the waves roll in. They haven't gone out on the boat yet...we still have to work on Jo's motion sickness but they'll take a short trip around the lake one of these days! I took a few pictures tonight.....

Here are a few more...they seem to mirror each other's movements! I think they're still a little edgy and we all know there's safety in numbers!

Thank you Patti...that's Jo out there all alone. He was the first one to be brave and you should have seen the look on Riley's face! I think he actually dropped his jaw and looked at me like 'Mom...can you believe he went out there?!' It took Riley a couple of days before he'd go out on the pier. Now they both run around the deck and the piers like they've done it all their lives!

| what beautiful pictures! your babies are lovely and there's something just so calming about being around water. I could see myself sitting there with a nice cool glass of iced tea and watching the boats go by....ahhhh.....

They got close! A big boat went by pretty fast and made a huge wake that rolled in over and over...when it hit the shore it splashed about 10 feet in the air. You should have seen the boyz run from that! LOL!

Thank you! Oh yah...they get all worked up when they see something floating in the water...I know I'm going to have to fish one of them out someday...they'll either knock each other in while trying to pass on the pier to the safety of the dock or they'll fall in barking at something! I should get a big net to keep out there!
