| Someone Please Knock Some Sense Into Me!! I'm always on Pet Finder to see if there are any new Yorkies, Maltese or Chihuahuas that call to my heart and when I find them, I try to make a small donation. I don't donate a lot but every $5 helps. Anyway, I was just browsing and I came upon this little girl. Her sad little eyes are just about enough to break my heart. http://search.petfinder.com/petnote/...?petid=8483945 PLEASE yell at me and remind me that I already have my hands full with THREE poochies!! I certainly don't need a fourth!! It's like asking for trouble. But I just can't stop looking at her. She's a puppy mill rescue. She was also very sick from liver shunt for over a year. She had surgery to correct it and while the operation was being performed, the surgeon noticed her tummy was really lumpy looking. Turns out she had 28 plastic q-tips in there!!! Poor baby must have been in so much pain!! They were completely whole and undigested!! Poor little girl!! But I must STOP!! I can't get another one ... or can I? Someone please talk some sense into me! Four dogs is just too much ... right?

| YES! That would be great. I just can't take her but I want to try and get her a home. She's still a baby and she had such a terrible start in life. She deserves a loving family.

| I know! I just feel so sad for her. She's the sweetest little thing and she deserves a better chance in life. I may not be able to get her but I'm determined to help find her a new family.

| She is gorgeous, Jenn!! And Cali is so little that she doesn't take up much space, so I'm not sure she counts as a whole dog........

| Jenn I know how you feel. They are both so adorable. It's easy to fall in love with these poor babies who need a mommy. I am not going to tell you to go for it because you know how much you can take on. I saw a male that looked so much like Buddy it was scary. He was on petfinder but with Yorkierescueme. I know one of the girls there and was so very tempted for days. I sat down and wrote the pros and cons. I take owning a pet very serioulsy as most of us do. I am a worrier. My only worry is illness and vet bills. That's what stopped me. I am not one to say I will worry about it when it happens. For me I worry about it before it happens. So that's what stopped me from getting another. I will not put myself in debt. I know what I can handle and Bud's my limit I realized. Vet's are so very expensive and I have insurance on him. I have been so very tempted more than once but I always think of the what if's. |

| I've seen that first little girl before, she's so incredibly cute and deserves a very loving home who is willing to learn everything they can about liver shunts and liver disease. She needs a very special mommy/daddy who can deal with her issues. Hopefully the surgery was a complete success!! JCarlson, I know you have such a big heart and would take her in in a heartbeat!! My husband says the same thing about me. He says we need to have a huge home to take care of all the doggies that I'm always wanting to rescue.

| I find my self looking on pf as well, its so heartbreaking to see these babys, i know im at my limits with 4, there is no way i even have room for 1 more, and i have a disability, iam lucky to be able to handle and keep up with what i beleive god has given me. I always call my sisters and try & convince them to just please look, but they wont they just tell me to stop looking, us fellow yorkie lovers have big hearts and we would take them all if possible
