| Recommended Protein level Hi everyone! I have been doing some research (thanks to YT) about what kind of dog food I should have Gabe on and i recently switched to Innova for puppies (we switched from Iams). He LOVES it so far and I thought I was making a good choice, then I saw something about protein levels and how Innova has high levels, but i could not find any specifics (when I searched the forums on YT or on google) on what the recommended daily value is for a puppy and adult Yorkie. Just wondering if anybody had any websites for me to look at or knew what the value should be Thanks in advance from me and Gabe |

| Here is a great article regarding the recommended protein levels for all types of dogs: http://lowchensaustralia.com/health/protein.htm Innova dog food is fine. It's the Innova EVO that has high protein levels. |

| The regular Innova puppy has about the same amount of protein as any typical food - it is the Innova EVO that has a high protein content (42%). My dog, Teddy, is on the EVO and doing great. My vet didn't have any concerns with the protein level if he is healthy. This website has a lot of info on foods dogfoodanalysis.com or check out the natura website for info on innova |

| Yes, Innova has normal protein levels, the EVO is the one that has a high protein content. I'm glad you got your answers!
