It's sad. I'm new to the forum altogether, and it's a shame I just got my 8 week old Yorkie pup and it's only been a week. I need to sell her, my mom isn't wild about her and I thought I would have been getting more support. I need to atleast gain back SOME of the money I bought for her, she's registered, born April 3, of this year and only weighs two pounds. I bought 926 dollars is what I spent, I have a wire crate and Frontline Plus for dogs and puppies up to 22 pounds, which is three months worth, BRAND new, she's so sweet, and cute as heck. I have a little teething toy that she loves and, if anyone is interested a toy pan in purina secondnature and a brand new 25 pound bag of litter. She's adorable, I've named her Betty, she is only 9 weeks old, eight weeks when I bought her. She has all her shots, except her rabies vaccine which is normal because that is administered at around three or four months of age. She is on a deworming schedule for the next 8 days and I have Kennel Cough medicine and Nutri cal and the liquid Vitamin, all of that which has been dutifully administered and ALL that. Included... She's located in Brooklyn, NY.

She's 8 weeks and she's had ALL her shots except for her rabies?? I would think that she's got her first set of shots and still needs her 2nd and 3rd? Your pup has kennel cough? And my last question is why would your pup need litter??

A little 2 pound puppy that's only 8 weeks old is going to get extremely sick and have some major health problems if it's had all the shots except rabies, is on kennel cough meds, flea med. and all. She could die from all that and I'll bet she has some terrible diarrhea with this overload of chemicles. I hope someone does take her and start over with her and take her off of everything right now and get her healthy instead. Also she should have stayed with her mom till she was at least 12 weeks or longer. I wish her luck finding the right home.

It looks like you had all of the right intentions, except reading up on the breed and learning everything first. Hopefully the baby finds a perfect new home and the extra stuff so early in life doesn't do the little sweetie harm. Don't concentrate on getting every penny back, just concentrate on getting the best home. Consider any money lost as tuition in life.

| What is it that your mom doesn't like about her? Is she having diarrhea? Could be the meds/chemicals. Good Luck. I hope the best for that little baby. It would also help if you have pictures, maybe someone will fall in love at first sight and want her.

No, she doesn't have Kennel Cough, the medicine was just included in the sale, and I haven't given her that medication. I give her the Nutri Cal, and the liquid vitamin and the worming. That's all. She isn't sick, and I DID buy her at puppy boutique. She's a reaaaaaaaal sweetheart.

I have never used the kennel cough med, she doesnt have fleas, thus there being three in the pack, i never used it. all i give her are the vitamins and dewormer. She does not have any health problems, including diarrea. the puppy litter is from purina, and its an option, I've only had a week and she isn't fully trained on it. It's called the secondnature dog litter training system.
