| Question Hello everyone! Sorry I have not posted in so long.... I've really been busy with school and work. Well, believe it or not, Romeo will be 6 months tomorrow. He will go in to be neutered on Tuesday the 7th. I was wondering if there was anything special I needed to ask or know. Also, I have heard that there is only one type of anesthesia that yorkies can handle...I would like to know the name of it if anyone knows. I really would love any information I could get. Thanks guys! Jen and Romeo |

| Jen make sure they are doing a blood panel to make sure that Romeo won't have any reaction to the anesthesia and make sure they are using the Isofluorine. Also make sure that if they use the dermabond (human super glue) instead of stitches that you will be able to watch him to make sure that he doesnt lick the wound open. When Tino was neutered they used dermabond and he licked it open and I had to take him in to have him glued back together.

| Hi and nice to hear from you and Romeo again. Isoflourine (sp) is a anesthesia that many vets use on the smaller dogs. Schatzie sends Romeo hugs and hopes for a good surgery and a fast recovery at home with you. Keep us posted.

| I will have Romeo in my prayers. I think everyone had given great advise. I havent spayed Gucci yet, so i will be askling this same questions again. Make sure you ask the vet all the questions you may have, get some pain meds and make sure Romeo wont bite the stiches off. Good luck little Romeo. Gucci sents puppy kisses. |
