BANNED FOR NOT MAILING PRODUCTS PURCHASED | My family is jealous! My kids and my husband has all admitted that they are jealous of Lillie, they say that I spoil her way to much. My daughter says that I love her more then I love her lol I don't mean to treat Lillie with more affection and it's not true that I love Lillie more. I tell them that I love everyone equal but they don't believe me. I don't know, but ever since I lost Kloey, I'm just so overly attached to Lillie. If you have never lost anyone that close to you, you just can't understand the bond that I have with Lillie. I think Kloey brought Lillie and I together and that makes the bond so much stronger. I wish my family could understand this. Is your family or kids jealous of your baby? |

| Yes, sometimes hubby and I argue over Siu Pao. He thinks I am overprotective and spoils him too much which in my opinion, he is not overspoilt.

| My kids (who are grown now) say I treat my furbabies better than I ever treated them... I tell them that my furbabies don't give me half the grief they did....LOL. But they know I'm teasing. I have great kids and great furbabies!!!! |

| Oh, sorry for your dilema. My son was that way for a while but I just informed him that his toys were more expensive then theirs. And besides he hangs out in his room all the time with his friends and they are always with me so yes they are going to get more attention. How old is your daughter? And yes you are going to have a special bond with Lillie especially after the loss of your other little one. This is only natural.

| She is so tiny she needs extra attention. I am lucky in that my husband and my 15y/o son love the baby girl as much as I do. We all spoil her to pieces and protect her like a winning lottery ticket. The humans will be ok |

| Yep, my kids will tease and say I love them (dogs) more. My youngest says if he and Cooper were hanging off a cliff, that I would grab Cooper and wave to him, LOL. Of course, that isn't true, I would grab them both My oldest tells me that Cooper and Carley are "spoiled" and that is his jealously coming out. My sons are both off to college, though, and I think they understand my babies have helped me through this adjustment of their going off on their own. Luckily, too, my husband is just as crazy over the furbabies, so he isn't jealous. I think he is also happy they have helped us with our adjustment in our boys going off. These little guys depend on us for everything, so they are more needy than our people are of us.

| It's just me and my baby so I don't have that worry. I can tell you that I am very overprotective and paranoid about Horatio because I had lost my girl 4 months before I got him. After I lost her I was sure I could never love like that again. I'm so glad I was wrong.

| Definitely!!! My hubby gets irritated at me for yelling at our Eskimo to stop snarling and snapping at Angel. I know she is old, but she is very well aware that the puppy is going to look at her and start barking, but she'll come where she is anyway and then start this behavior. Hubby says the pecking order is Sissy and Angel first, he and the kids a distant second (He is not correct). My kids don't give me crap cause my daughter has her cats and my son misses Sheena so much he printed photos of her and she sits on his desk at work in SC!! And, I believe my aunt sent Angel to me. Sometimes it is scary just how much these pups mean to me. But I can't imagine my life without them and for however long they are with me, I have gotten so much happiness and love from them, every carpet stain and tooth marked piece of furniture has been worth it!!

| yougetthesmiles - You have an expensive age group of kids too. I just wish that when I was younger that I had all of the things that our skin kids get these days. Hubby doesn't feel too left out cause he is smitten with the pups too. But he is a bigger push over then I am.

| No, my husband spoils all of our dogs way more than I do. In fact, I have to get on him because he will spoil them with treats to the point they won't eat their food. I have one son still at home and he loves them just as I do. He doesn't spoil them a lot cause he is gone so much -- but he gives them all attention when he is. My grown sons are animal lovers too and get a kick out of all our pets. I think we all spoil each other. They do all roll their eyes at the things I buy the dogs. They think I am being cruel with the clothes, think one carrier was enough instead of 3 and don't comprehend the real need for 832 toys. But they let me indulge myself once in a while without too much teasing. Our 4 dogs are a part of the family -- never before or even equal to our human members but they are still an important part of what makes us whole and happy.
