| That is a store that is more than likely supplied by puppy mills. Selling pups too young, no return policy...nice marketing , good luck.

| Beautiful pictures but it is a puppy broker. Says they breed some of their own but also get puppies from other breeders. For the price they are asking, I would want to see the mother, father and pedigree. I did not make the best choice when I got my own first Yorkie. But she was a WONDERFUL pet! So, sometimes we just luck out. Next time around though, I would steer clear of places like this one. It is really just a pet store with a great photographer.

| The site does not say how old the puppies are when they are ready to be sold. If you lived near by you could really see the place but I would be leary of flying to Calif to get one of these pups unless I had high high recomindations for a few good people. |

| my yorkie was $760, i think 2000 is a ridiculous amount of money to pay for a dog, any kind. many folks like to jack up the price on yorkies though because they are how do you say, a very 'hip' item nowa days. when i was looking for a yorkie, we ran into breeders asking as much as 2850!! you just have to know where to look

Welcome to YT! What kind of problems have you had? Is your puppy healthy? Vet checks ok? Usually any kind of pet store who gets animals from outside sources in my opinion is a form of puppymill. These puppies looked cute and well taken care of by the pictures. How clean was the place? Your puppy? They do look very young. $2000.00 is not a lot if your puppy is healthy and you are happy. Good Luck and I love his name...

We breed a few of our own puppies. We also work with local private breeders. We have gathered and collaborate with award winning breeders who only breed pedigree dogs. They are all ?employees? of Posh Puppy Inc. "

| I actually bought my Maddie from this site. I was living in Santa Barbara at the time and Posh Puppy was about a 1.5 hour drive away. I put a deposit on her and drove down with my boyfriend and Wesley to pick her up. I was surprised when I got there b/c all the puppies were in glass boxes along the wall, basically like a stereotypical pet store. The puppies were two to a box. I felt bad for them, they only had a potty matt and a hanging water bottle. There was no toys and they had to sleep on the hard surface b/c there were no beds for them. I was uncomfortable about that, but we ended up getting her anyway. The owners did not breed Maddie. I have the names of her parents, but I have never seen them and I do not know anything about who owns them either. The front part of the store was very clean when I was there, but I don't know about the other puppies there...my boyfriend needed to use the restroom so he went to the back of the store. He said there were lots of cages with even younger puppies back there. I paid $1800 for Maddie. I was told she would be between 3-4 lbs. I know that is always an estimate...but she is 6.5 lbs now. I wouldn't buy from them again. But I am happy to say that Maddie is perfectly healthy and I am very happy to have her. I love her so much! Buddah<3r - I would love to see pics of your baby. Also, do you know his parents' name? Maybe he and Maddie are related. |

Marley would not eat anything!!! I took him in for his exam at the VET. He had a respititory infection and wanted to keep him all day. he then called me to say the puppy needed an IV. I called the breeder... they suggested i bring him back so they could make sure he was ok. They kept him for 2 weeks. When I picked him back up he was a totally different dog! Excited, hyper....made me think maybe he was hypoglycemic before I ever got him....but 2 days after having him he started getting sick again. this time he was having these attacks where he would just stiffen up and freeze..fall over ect. I was force feeding him every 3 hours and giving him nutrical but they swear he was still not nourished. they took him again and told me i should pick a new dog and they would refund any difference Marley was $2300. They promised they would hold any dog for me until i was able to get up there.....that was not the case. They sold the 2 puppies i originally asked about and made it seem like it was an accident.... When i finally got up there to see Buddah they were VERY Rude to me! They even had the nerve to tell me i need to hurry up and make a decision yes or no because other people that had been in minutes before wanted the dog. I personally feel it is a big decision that takes more then 15 mins!! I took him on fear of loosing him and I never wanted to go back there again. Then we get to the paperwork part and they didnt want to give me the money I was owed back $300. After argueing with them she said fine just give her the money...then turned to me and said "but we are done with you, so if this puppy has problems dont call us" I've never been so mad! Buddah ended up pretty healthy a little respitory infection like Marley but I love him and he is great thus far! | |
