| Urgh!!! Just frustrated I have a 5 year old yorkie and for whatever reason she is beginning to digress with potty training. We recently moved and we started to get it under control then she went into heat and everything went out the window. She gets amble free time but she gets crated when we go out or I clean the house. I think she does it on purpose and looks at me like hah now you have to let me out and clean the crate. She's been outside all day in her play pen for an hour and she waits until I crate her her to pee. Theres no mat or bedding in it because i was washing it. This is not helping my case for convincing my husband to get another one. I mean he doesn't mind and know it's coming but he's not %100 on board because everytime he thinks Ajah is doing well she does something like this or yesterday tearing up the trash and then running in her crate instead of running up to us for attention. She just got back from Christmas vacation with in Florida and was perfect no problems stayed w/ us in the hotel no crate at all and then we get home and she goes crazy. Urgh just had to vent. |

| Oh my, she is just being a little pistol! Sounds like she has has quite a bit going on recently. Maybe she just needs some more limits set for awhile. I think they all regress when there is something exciting or new/strange going on in their routine. My poodle used to pee in the house whenever my grandchildren came for the weekend. He was just jealous - and that's the only time he ever did that. Little scamp! But it sure is frustrating for us isn't it? Don't you wish you could just put them in a little chair and sit down and have a heart to heart with them and then everything would be just fine LOL!! Good luck - it will get better pretty soon (you already knew that). Glad we've got YT for those venting moments!! |
