| I bought an ear cleaner from Foster and Smith that works really well on my two. You put a couple of drops in each ear and rub the ear from the outside a couple of times then use a Q-tip. (Just don't go too deep!) It seems to do the trick for them.

| I also use Q-tips every time I bathe my yorkie babies. The vet said you really can't poke their eardrum if you just clean straight in... you would really have to bend the Q-tip downwards to puncture something.

| I also use a liquid ear cleaner on my boys. They get them cleaned once a week at bathtime. I don't use Q-tips though, I moisten cotton balls with the ear solution and wipe out the inside of the ear.
